On November 3, 2026, the Francis Howell School District is asking voters to consider two no-tax-rate-increase propositions to support the operating budget and fund critical facility needs.

New device distribution model will save an estimated $300,000 annually

Beginning this fall, every middle and high school student will be issued a Chromebook at the beginning of the school year. Director of Technology Scott Gowan estimates that this move will save the District $300,000 annually.
